Getting Started

Method 1: Using the Installer (Recommended)

Prerequisites:

• Windows 10 Version 1607 or newer
• Administrator privileges
• .NET prerequisites (check here)

Installation Steps:

1. Download the latest version of the Windows installer

2. Run the Jackett.Installer.Windows.exe program

3. When prompted for permission to make changes to your computer, click “Yes”

4. During installation:

   • Check “Install as Windows Service” if you want Jackett to start automatically with Windows
